Kaitlyn at the Bloomington, IN store was cheerful and so very knowledgeable! Probably what I like best was her answering questions about Trade Home stores. Kaitlyn shared the great treatment that the employees get from the company. It makes me so happy to have paid a lot of money for a pair of shoes at a business that treats their employees well!

Excellent shopping experience today with bloomington location assistant manager Dominic...he was thorough with showing me options that would work best for my style and size. Went home with 2 pair of shoes, insoles, socks, and waterproofer. Best shopping experience in ages and I'll definitely be back!

I came in to find shoes that the podiatrist recommended. Having very small feet it is sometimes a struggle to find what I need or want. Parker greeted me immediately and was extremely helpful in finding the right shoes for my needs. He brought out everything in my size so I could try every option. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He even demonstrated how to use the care kit for my new shoes. It was a wonderful experience that is normally frustrating and painstaking.

Dominic changed my son's life today!!! Unbeknownst to me, I was unknowingly setting my son up for a future full of leg and back pain from incorrect fitting shoes. We need more people like Dominic in our lives. He was able to educate my 18-year-old son with priceless information, and was not judgmental about my lack of protecting my young man's future health. Whatever his pay-it's not enough. So keep him happy and treat him well.
